The 22nd academician conference of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences (IEAS) was held in Beijing on 16th November, 2019.

Prof. GAO Fu and other 24 Chinese scholars were elected the new IEAS academicians. This is the largest number of Chinese scientists elected.

Up to now, there are 206 Chinese scientists within IEAS academicians, in which, 123 persons were elected from 1996 to 2009; and 83 IEAS academicians from China were elected from 2010 to 2019 (from the 14th to 21st conference).

Established in 1994, IEAS has more than 600 academicians, correspondence academicians and honorary members from 46 countries.

Headquartered in Moscow, Russia, IEAS has set up regional centers in France (European region), China (Asia-Pacific region), Russia (Eurasian region) and several national science centers in 15 countries.
