Prof. FANG Rongxiang’s group at State Key Laboratory of Plant Genomics focuses on the research of the interaction between plant and pathogenic bacteria, regulatory elements of plant.
Position available: Postdoctoral fellow (2)
Research area 1: Study on the regulatory elements in rice genome
Qualification:
1) Ph.D degree in phytogenetics, molecular biology;
2) Hard working and commitment to research are preferred;
3) Ability to conduct research independently;
4) Good writing skills in both Chinese and English (can read professional reports in English);
5) Experience in molecular genetics and genome of rice is preferred.
Research area 2: Study on the interaction between plant and pathogenic bacteria
Qualification:
1) Ph.D degree in phytogenetics, phytopathology and bioinformatics;
2) Hard working and commitment to research are preferred;
3) Solid foundation of scientific research and good writing skills in both Chinese and English;
4) Published SCI paper as a main author;
5) Solid foundation in genetics, molecular biology and bioinformatics;
6) Experience in study on rice disease-resistant and expression and regulation of microRNA and bioinformatics is preferred.
