Dr. Zhu Baoli’s group at CAS Key Laboratory of Pathogenic Microbiology & Immunology focuses on metagenomics and functional genomics research. Two positions are now available:

Position 1: Data analysis specialist

  Responsibilities: Analysis of biological sequence data and obtaining related information

  Qualifications:

　  MS degree in bioinformatics or related area.

　  Background of computer science or related work experience is a plus.

　  Commitment to work and team spirit.

　  Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.

Position 2: Postdoctoral researcher

  Responsibilities: Performing research on genetics, microbiology and bioinformatics.

  Qualifications:

　  Ph.D. degree in genetics, microbiology or bioinformatics.

　  Strong background of genomics is a plus.

　  Being able to work independently.

　  At least one high-quality paper published on peer-reviewed journal.

　  Commitment to work, management skills and team spirit.

　  Good oral and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
