IMCAS Hosts Performance Review Meeting on Its Leading Group

The Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMCAS) held a performance review on its leading group in the term of office (2013-2018) on January 9, 2019.

 

LIU Shuangjiang, Director-General of IMCAS, reported on the work from 2013 to 2018 on behalf of the leading group. His report summarized a series of significant reforms and achievements on implementing “13th Five-Year Plan” and participating in the construction of four types of institutions made by IMCAS in the last five years based on the objectives and requirements of “Three Orientations” and “Four Firsts”, analyzed the challenges and problems faced, and made some suggestions about the future work.

 

FENG Yue, Deputy Director of the Supervision and Auditing Department of the Beijing Branch of Chinese Academy of Sciences, on behalf of the audit team, announced the audit results for the economic responsibility of the leaders in the term of office of Institute of Microbiology. MA Yang, on behalf of the review panel, introduced democratic recommendation for the new term of leading group at IMCAS.

 

After the meeting, the review panel talked with some participants, listened to their opinions about the current leading group, and the suggestion of new leading group members.

 

Over 170 people including the members of the leading group, principal investigators and staff representatives attended the meeting.
