On 12 December 2024, a delegation from the Institute of Microbiology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMCAS), visited Brazil to initiate academic exchanges and cooperation, and to jointly explore the broad prospects of China-Brazil research cooperation in the fields of infectious disease prevention and control and agricultural science. The delegation was led by Prof. QIAN Wei and Prof. WANG Qihui, Director and Deputy Director of IMCAS.
