Postdoctoral Position for LI Yin’s Research Group at Department of Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology in IMCAS

Prof. LI Yin’s group at Department of Industrial Microbiology and Biotechnology in Institute of Microbiology, Chinese Academy of Sciences (IMCAS) is mainly interested in molecular physiology, metabolic engineering and systems biotechnology. His group is now supported by National Basic Research Program (973), National High Technology Program (863), Knowledge Innovation Program and Equipment Development Program of CAS, and also funds from enterprises.

Position available: Postdoctoral fellow (2)

Responsibility: Perform research on metabolic engineering of industrial microbiology and strain improvement

Qualification:

1) Ph.D in microbiology, molecular biology, biochemistry, metabolic engineering or related fields;

2) Research background of genetic modification systems or metabolic engineering is preferred;

3) Published research papers in molecular biology or related fields in peer-reviewed journals;

4) Good writing and communication skills in both Chinese and English;

5) A team player.
